Originally approved in March 1998 as a convenience store with gasoline sales, off -premise beer and wine sales, along with a 40 -foot pylon sign, the applicant proposes with this request to subdivide the original lot into two lots—one 53,979 square foot lot (Lot 1A) which will contain the convenience store, and a second lot, 35,200 square feet in size (Lot 1 B) which will remain vacant, pending a future development request. Since this is a planned commercial center, any proposed development on the newly created lot (1 B) will require a conditional use permit subject to Council approval.
