This piece of property is currently zoned R-TH, and will be included in the same plat for the primary piece of property. First United Methodist Church needs this parking lot to meet minimum practical parking requirements on a weekly basis, as well as for meeting the minimum parking requirements of the zoning ordinance. This parking could potentially be shared with the community during non - church use such as events at the proposed adjacent Botanical Gardens.
