This letter confirms on August 06, 2013, Historic Preservation staff approved with
conditions #CA13 -72 for the property addressed 510 Smith Street, legally known
as Block 31 Lot 3B, Grapevine, City of, Grapevine, Texas. The following was
approved on this Certificate of Appropriateness:
1) overlay existing siding with horizontal cedar lap boards;
2) paint all siding Sherwin Williams "Tiki Hut #7509 ";
3) paint all trim Sherwin Williams "Khaki Shade #7533 ";
4) and stain the garage door to match front entry
per the attached drawing; a permit is required from the Building Department.
An approved Certificate of ropriateness is not an approved Building
Permit and a permit is rs no required. Contact the City of Grapevine's
Building Department at 81W-3165 for information regarding permits.
