June 27, 2022 Chicken N Pickle 104 Armour Road North Kansas City, MO 64116 Attention: Mr. Alex Stehl Re: Field Inspection of Structural Steel Chicken N Pickle Grapevine Grapevine, Texas ALPHA Report No. F211334-1069841 Alpha Testing arrived on site to perform a Visual Structural Steel Inspection for the above referenced project. Results of the inspection are as follows: I Type 1.5 B Roof Deck – Low Roof – lines 7 to 5 & D.6 to A and lines D.6 to J & 6 to 4 – sheet SR2.1 A The fastening of the low roof decking was inspected per sheet SR2.1 – reference 1 ½” 22GA decking notes. Decking was fastened to the steel supports with 5/8” puddle welds on a 36/7 pattern. Perimeter was fastened with 5/8” puddle welds on 6’ centers. Side laps were fastened with (2) #10 TEK screws per span. B Deck edge angle splice connections were incomplete at time of inspection. Work was in progress. Reference detail 2/SR4.0. II Type 1.5 B Roof Deck – High Roof – lines 2 to 5 & D.6 to A– sheet SR2.3 A The fastening of the low roof decking was inspected per sheet SR2.3 – reference 1 ½” 22GA decking notes. Decking was fastened to the steel supports with 5/8” puddle welds on a 36/7 pattern. Perimeter was fastened with 5/8” puddle welds on 6’ centers. Side laps were fastened with (2) #10 TEK screws per span. B Deck edge angle splice connections were incomplete at time of inspection. Work was in progress. Reference detail 2/SR4.0. *Discrepancies, if any, are noted above in bold.
