On Tuesday evening, May 19, 2015 at 7:30 P.M. in the City Council Chambers, 2nd Floor,
200 South Main Street, Grapevine, Texas, the City Council and Planning and Zoning
Commission of the City of Grapevine will hold a public hearing to consider the following
items:
Z1 5-021CU1 6-11 — N2 BBQ — submitted by Nicholas English for property located at 204
West Dallas Road and platted as Lot 413, Lipscomb & Daniel. The applicant is requesting
to rezone approximately 11,000 square feet from "LI" Light Industrial District to "CBD"
Central Business District and a conditional use permit to amend the previously approved
site plan specifically to allow the possession, storage, retail sale and on- and off -premise
consumption of alcoholic beverages (beer and wine only), outdoor dining and outdoor
speakers in conjunction with a restaurant. The property is zoned "Ll" Light Industrial
District and is owned by John Horobec.
CU15-13 — White Line Storage — submitted by DeOtte Inc property located at 2850 State
Highway 121 and platted as Lot 2, Block 1, Northpoint. The applicant is requesting a
conditional use permit for a two phase 116,450 square feet enclosed storage warehouse
and a 35 -foot pole sign. The property is zoned "CC" Community Commercial District and is
owned by Weldon Jaynes.
CU15-14 —1st Choice Storage — submitted by 1St Choice Storage for property located at
2713 Ira E Woods Avenue and proposed to be platted as Lot 2R, Block 1, Hillsleigh
Addition. The applicant is requesting a conditional use permit to amend the previously
approved site plan for a planned commercial center with a mini storage warehouse facility
and caretaker residence, specifically for the addition of three buildings totaling 32,780
square feet and outdoor covered parking. The property is zoned "CC" Community
Commercial District and is owned by 1St Choice Storage.
CU15-16 — SuVino Winery — submitted by SuVino Winery for property located at 1201
Minters Chapel Road #501 and platted as Lot 1, Block 2, DFW Air Freight. The applicant
is requesting a conditional use permit to allow for wine production and storage. The
property is zoned "LI" Light Industrial District and is owned by LT2 Properties.
After all parties have been given an opportunity to speak, the public hearing will be closed
and the Commission and the City Council will deliberate the pending matters. Please
