The new tenant will reuse all kitchen infrastructure including vent hood, cooler and grease trap. Upgrades include a custom bar and transaction counter, a bread display case and self -serve coffee bar. SUP Letter The proposed conditional use for alcohol sales at the ethnic restaurant will serve native eats and drinks specific to the Balkan region. This is a restaurant rarely found in the DFW metreplex and will enhance the diverse food options in the region. This is a formal request for the owners to serve alcohol. The site has been upgraded to allow for six additional parking spaces per the city special requirements. The proposed conditional use for alcohol sales will not cause substantial harm to the value, use or enjoyment of other property in the neighborhood. In fact it will add more desired parking as a result and more dining options for the surrounding community as the owners want to bring a taste of these traditional Mediterranean meals in the region to the community. V22- 3s www.piStiimnsuma.cnm z6&A David Contreras - Principal Architect of Record The Pistil Consortia LLC mmWWO JUL O1 202 By: .. -.1 ....
