conditions #CA15-71 for the property addressed 909 South Main Street, legally
known as Block 1, Lot 1, Hasten Addition -Grapevine, City of Grapevine, Texas.
The following was approved on this Certificate of Appropriateness:
Install new wall sign on the front of building facing Main Street and Dallas
Road as per the attached specifications and drawings with the condition a
permit(s) is required from the Building Department.
An approved Certificate of Appropriateness is not an approved Building
Permit and a permit sal is not required. Contact the City of Grapevine's
Building Department at 817-410-3165 for information regarding permits.

- Price: $22,970 plus tax - 50% deposit required (deposit of $5,742.50 plus tax has been already received)
- Job includes installation and sign permit with the City of Grapevine, however, if additional documentation such as structural drawing
stamped by professional engineer or variance meeting attendance are required, additional fees will apply.
- Installation cost assumes that no additional equipment will be needed (i.e., cranes, etc) to reach the sign location. The reach of our bucket
truck is 62 ft and we assume it will be enough for the installation. In case equipment rental is needed, additional fees might incur. The
height to the sign location is estimated to be about 50 ft.
- Job excludes any electrical work on the building. Electrical circuit to power sign must be already existing and placed near the sign location.
- In case approval of sign is denied by the City, only partial refund of deposit will be refunded - a $800 charge will be kept by Wingfield to
cover sign design and sign permit application costs.
