The permit was issued to K & M Services. To date the work has still not had final inspections completed. Please be advised that the ordinance adopted by the City of Grapevine requires all work requiring a permit to be inspected. Equipment installation or construction work that does not comply with codes and ordinances can cause damage, injury, and death. Our inspectors look closely to ensure that all codes are met and the installation is safe to the best of their knowledge. Until such time as we issue an inspection approval for your work, we cannot confirm that there are no safety violations. We have tried contacting the contractor to schedule a final inspection at this address. However, to date we have not been able to do so. We have made various attempts as well as revoking his contractor’s registration. We are writing to you in hopes that you will allow the inspector to come out and see if we can get this finaled out. We put your roof on a couple years ago, and we need to do a reinspection per the City of Grapevine. A city inspector will need access to your attic for this to be completed, so you will need to be home. I know this is rather inconvenient and we apologize, but for your safety and the continued guarantee of our work we will need to get this scheduled as soon as possible.
