NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN in accordance with order of the Office of the Governor issued March 16, 2020, the City Council of the City
of Southlake will conduct a Metroport Teen Court Advisory Board Meeting scheduled for 5:45 p.m., on Monday, November 30, 2020
by video conference in order to advance the public health goal of limiting face-to-face meetings (also called "social distancing") to
slow the spread of the Coronavirus (COVID-19).
This Notice and Meeting Agenda, and the Agenda Packet, are posted online at https://www.cityofsouthlake.com/AgendaCenter
The public will be permitted to offer public comments as provided by the agenda and as permitted by the presiding officer during
the meeting via this link https://bit.ly/1130202OMTCAB. hosted through Webex.

CONSENT AGENDA:
All items listed below are considered to be routine by the Metroport Teen Court Advisory Board and will be enacted with
one motion. There will be no separate discussion of items unless a Board member or citizen so requests, in which event
the item will be removed from the general order of business and considered in its normal sequence.
3. Approval of Minutes for September 14, 2020

5. Action: Appoint Teen Court Advisory Board Chair for FY2021
6. Discussion: Scholarships for 2021
