STORM DRAINAGE SYSTEM:
• These lots receive stormwater drainage from portions of the D.E. Box
subdivision and existing commercial properties to the west.
• This site drains in an easterly direction across the lots to Texan Trail (BS 114 L)
and ultimately to Lake Grapevine through Silver Lake Branch.
The developer will be required to design for on site and off site drainage in
accordance with the City of Grapevine Code of Ordinances.

A. The City has determined that the right -of -way and easements required to be

master plan, are reasonable and are connected to the proposed project in
the following manner:

serve the development of this site.
