CONDITIONAL USE APPLICATION CU22-35, BALKAN GARDEN
BISTRO
Staff recommends the Planning and Zoning Commission and City Council and accept the
applicant's request to withdraw conditional use application CU22-35, and take any other
necessary action.
Conditional Use application CU22-35 is a request to allow the possession, storage, retail
sale, and on- and off -premise consumption of alcoholic beverages (beer, wine, and mixed -
beverages) and to remove the retaining wall at the rear of the property in order to provide
additional parking in conjunction with a restaurant. The property owner has decided to
withdraw the request. See the attached letter.
