After discussing this project with three different firms, staff recommends National Service Research. National Service Research is a local firm that has done projects for many local entities, including Colleyville, Plano, Fort Worth, Irving, DFW Airport, the Fort Worth Transportation Authority, and our own Parks and Recreation Department. The staff has worked with Andrea Thomas of National Service Research to formulate a draft of potential questions. The purpose of the workshop tonight will be to gain feedback from Council for implementation of the survey in the spring. The cost for the survey is $17,000. If necessary, we will revise the questions and bring them back for your review. The proposed questions are attached.
