This letter confirms on August 12, 2013, Historic Preservation staff approved with
conditions #CA13 -74 for the property addressed 816 South Main Street, legally
known as Lot 4D Per Plat A -4794, Grapevine, Lipscomb & Daniel Subdivision,
Grapevine, Texas. The following was approved on this Certificate of
Appropriateness:
to temporarily fence during GrapeFest extending the Chill Bar patio area to
Dallas Road with a 50 linear foot fence on the south (Dallas Road) and 50 linear
feet on the west side back to Chill building with seven foot high chain link
fencing
per the attached drawing; a permit is required from the Building Department.
An approved Certifico, of Appropriateness is not an approved Building
Permit and a permit Qsj is not required. Contact the City of Grapevine's
Building Department at 17-410 -3165 for information regarding permits.
