Rework existing site drainage in area of construction; 2. Remove existing driveway and construct new driveway with parking pad; 3. Revised plans attached with this letter shall supersede the previously approved Commission plans for construction of a new workshop/storage building and Porte cohere; details of workshop/storage building to include: a. #105 Wood siding to cover exterior on all four sides of new workshop/storage building; b. Building access door to be a 6-pane wood door, provided by the owner; c. Windows are to be one over one, provided by the owner. as per the attached plans, elevations and details with the conditions a permit is obtained from the Building Department. An approved Certificate of Appropriateness is not an approved building permit; a building permit LsJ/ is not required.
