This letter confirms on September 27, 2022 the Historic Preservation Staff approved with
conditions #CA22-53 for the property addressed 415 South Dooley Street, legally
described as Block 112 N1/2 1-2, College Heights Addition, City of Grapevine, to the
Grapevine Historic Preservation Ordinance 91-73 (Appendix G — Grapevine Code of
Ordinances), as amended, for the following:
1. Rework existing site drainage in area of construction;
2. Remove existing driveway and construct new driveway with parking pad;
3. Revised plans attached with this letter shall supersede the previously approved
Commission plans for construction of a new workshop/storage building and Porte
cohere; details of workshop/storage building to include:
a. #105 Wood siding to cover exterior on all four sides of new
workshop/storage building;
b. Building access door to be a 6-pane wood door, provided by the owner;
c. Windows are to be one over one, provided by the owner.
as per the attached plans, elevations and details with the conditions a permit is obtained
from the Building Department.
An approved Certificate of Appropriateness is not an approved building permit; a
building permit LsJ/ is not required. Contact the City of Grapevine's Building
Department at 817.410.3165 for fees and information regarding permits.
