This letter is to verify that your Site Plan Review application SP1 2-22 located at 3215 State
Highway 360 and platted as Lot 1 R1 A, Block 1 R, Pavestone Industrial was approved per
the attached site plan on November 20, 2012.
Please find enclosed an approved site plan set for your records. I have forwarded two
approved sets to the Building Inspection Division.
No site plan approval shall be valid for a period longer than one (1) yearfrom the date such
approval is issued, unless a building permit is issued and construction is actually begun
within that period, and is thereafter diligently pursued to completion or an occupancy permit
is obtained and a use commenced within that period. Approval of an application does not
authorize any work in conflict with any Codes or Ordinances of the City of Grapevine
Any changes to a site plan approved with a conditional use or a special use can only
be approved by city council through the public hearing process.
