A. Site Plan Review Committee to consider a public hearing relative to Conditional Use
Request CU22-42 [Buffalo Wild Wings] addressed as 315 West State Highway 114,
and consideration of same.
B. Site Plan Review Committee to consider a public hearing relative to Conditional Use
Request CU22-34 [Fresenius Kidney Care] addressed as 300 South Park Boulevard,
and consideration of same.

A. Site Plan Review Committee to consider the minutes of the August 18, 2022, regular
meeting.

The Site Plan Review Committee of the City of Grapevine, Texas met in Session, on this
the 6th day of October 2022, in the Planning and Zoning Conference Room, 200 South
Main Street, Second Floor, Grapevine, Texas with the following members present -to -wit:

Constituting a quorum and the following City Staff:

CALL TO ORDER — 8:00 A.M. — Planning and Zoning Conference Room
NEW BUSINESS
A. Site Plan Review Committee to consider a public hearing relative to Conditional Use
Request CU22-42 [Buffalo Wild Wings] addressed as 315 West State Highway 114,
and consideration of same.
B. Site Plan Review Committee to consider a public hearing relative to Conditional Use
Request CU22-34 [Fresenius Kidney Care] addressed as 300 South Park Boulevard,
and consideration of same.
Marium and Albert presented the following cases and answered questions.
Motion was made to approve the conditional use request CU22-42 [Buffalo Wild Wings]
addressed as 315 West State Highway 114:
