CONDITIONAL USE APPLICATION CU22-45, MORSCO SUPPLY
Staff recommends the City Council and Planning and Zoning Commission accept the
applicant's request to table Conditional Use application CU22-45, Morsco Supply to the
November 15, 2022 meeting, and take any other necessary action.
BACKGROUND INFORMATION:
The applicant, Mr. Soy Thomas on behalf of Morsco Supply, has submitted a conditional
use application to allow outdoor storage in conjunction with a proposed 20,000 square foot
warehouse building for wholesale building materials. The applicant is asking to postpone
consideration of the request to the November 15, 2022 meeting in order to make design
changes prior to the public hearing. Please see the attached letter.

On behalf of the applicant, Morsco Supply, LLC, Bohler formally requests that the CUP/Site plan submittal
CU22-45 be postponed until the November 15, 2022 joint Planning & Zoning Commission and City Council
public hearing agenda. The applicant is requesting the postponement as the project -design team
reconfigures operational design elements into the City submittal package.
