BACKGROUND INFORMATION: The applicant, Mr. Soy Thomas on behalf of Morsco Supply, has submitted a conditional use application to allow outdoor storage in conjunction with a proposed 20,000 square foot warehouse building for wholesale building materials. The applicant is asking to postpone consideration of the request to the November 15, 2022 meeting in order to make design changes prior to the public hearing. The applicant is requesting the postponement as the project -design team reconfigures operational design elements into the City submittal package.
