This letter confirms on October 14, 2022 the Historic Preservation Commission approved with
conditions #CA22-60 for the property addressed 608 South Dooley Street, legally described
as Block 23, Lot 2R2, City of Grapevine, to the Grapevine Historic Preservation Ordinance 91-
73 (Appendix G — Grapevine Code of Ordinances), as amended, for the following:
Replace the existing wood front door with a vintage wood door with wood panel and
glass light in upper panel;
2. Install a vintage glass light French door in the new addition opening to the rear of the
house;
3. Install two new wood single -car garage doors on new garage additions;
4. Paint the entire exterior of the Roberson House, new addition and garages in the a
new color scheme as follows:
Body of the house - Benjamin Moore #HC-155 Newburyport Blue;
Trim of the House — Benjamin Moore #OC-65 Chantilly Lace;
as per attached drawings specifications with the conditions a building permit is obtained
from the Building Department.
An approved Certificate of Appropriateness is not an approved building permit; a
building permit is / is not required. Contact the City of Grapevine's Building
Department at 817.410.3165 for fees and information regarding permits.
