This project was originally submitted in 2012 by Adams Engineering. Since the initial approval by the City, my client has performed a substantial amount of clearing and earthwork associated with floodplain reclamation and permitting on the subject property. The purpose of this request is to extend the expiration date of the previously approved CUP and to incorporate minor changes to the Site Plan. These minor changes reflect an update to RaceTrac's current corporate standards and include a reduction of the building area to 5,500 square feet and additional outdoor seating in areas adjacent to the building. Additionally, the parking lot layout has been tweaked slightly and the number of proposed fueling stations has been reduced from twenty (20) to eighteen (18). Please do not hesitate to contact me directly should you have any questions or concerns regarding this request. Sincerely, Spiars Engineering, Inc. Ke ' S. Wier, P.E.
