8. Include an internal traffic circulation pattern with the use of arrows.
9. Please label or explain the diagonal lined area adjacent to the west property line and retaining
wall label.
10. Per Section 26.G.6 review and revise the distance between the two proposed buildings as the
required distance between the buildings is a minimum of 10 feet.
11. Dimension and label drive access adjacent to East Northwest Highway.
12. Label retaining wall as either existing or proposed.
13. Per Section 50.B.1 review and revise to include a minimum 6-foot in height screening fence
adjacent to residential zoning along the south property line.

3. Add the following standard notes:
1. Shrubs shall be a minimum of two (2) feet in height when measured immediately after
planting. Hedges, where installed, shall be planted and maintained to form a
continuous, unbroken, solid, visual screen which will be three (3) feet high within one
(1) year after time of planting.
2. All requirements of the City of Grapevine soil erosion control ordinance shall be met
during the period of construction.
4. Per Section 53.H.2 perimeter hedge screening would be required, review and revise
accordingly.
