• Please contact Paul Lee at 817-410-3144 with the City of Grapevine's
Public Works Department regarding additional requirements for
amending the existing lease agreement, rent amount, due to the
proposed addition of new antenna on the subject monopole. Note:
the site plan will be incomplete pending the outcome of the
requested information.

• Please add case number SP15-20 to the signature block of all sheets
Sheet C01
• In lieu of an aerial photo please provide an overall site plan, including the
water tank and monopole found on Tract 6H of the J.F. Byrd Survey, A-
120.
Sheet CO2
• Please provide dimensions to the fenced in area and label all
existing conditions/equipment.
Sheet CO3 Elevations
• Please include a cutaway view of the ground equipment in relation
to the fence.
• Please confirm whether or not additional communication equipment
is present on the monopole and revise the monopole elevation
accordingly.
Sheets N01 and C05
• Sheets N01 and C05 are not required for site plan approval and
may omitted from the final submittal.
For verification purposes please email a PDF of the revised sheets to
atriplett@grapevinetexas.gov prior to producing the final copies.
The above comments must be reflected in the revised submittal, which
upon review, can be administratively approved. Please submit the revised
documents to the Department of Development Services at 200 South Main
Street.
The revised submittal shall include:
Two (2) unfolded, unbound blackline copies of each sheet, (minimum size 22" x
34")

This letter is to verify that your Site Plan Review application SP1 5-20, located at 1900 Minters
Chapel Road was approved per the attached site plan on November 20, 2015.
Please find enclosed an approved site plan set for your records.
No site plan approval shall be valid for a period longer than one (1) year from the date such
approval is issued, unless a building permit is issued and construction is actually begun within
that period, and is thereafter diligently pursued to completion or an occupancy permit is obtained
and a use commenced within that period. Approval of an application does not authorize any
work in conflict with any Codes or Ordinances of the City of Grapevine
Any changes to a site plan approved with a conditional use or a special use can only be
approved by city council through the public hearing process.
