Yes sir I will have the firm include the SP# on all sheets in lower right hand corner.
On the doc attached labeled PEAS, it is in Section 5. on 2nd page under
5. Improvements/ Utilities. I have inserted the language below and highlighted the specific
sentence that provides T6 Unison the right to sign on behalf of Palmyra.
I have also attached the succession docs from T6 Unison to ATC to show ATC purchased
Unison so they assumed all rights.

Hi Bill - Per our conversation on Friday, the city of Grapevine would like me to provide
proof, that ATC has rights to sign for the landowner on the admin zoning application. Per
his request attached, he wanted the landowner on the tax record's signature on the
application but I explained over a phone call the easement agreement with T6 that was
purchased by ATC so he will accept a redacted copy of the docs that provide rights to keep
on file for his records to provide me with the necessary admin zoning approval VZW will
need to obtain building permit to install their equipment.
Will you all please provide copies of the redacted docs that provide ATC with the approval to
sign for the landowner?

Hi Albert - If we remove the proposed 10'x 6' area, will that take it back to administrative
approval? That is for a backup generator and it is not totally necessary. Verizon really
needs this site up asap and if that poses an issues can be removed from the proposed
layout and added at a later date.

the approval would have been administrative with the exception of the proposed 10' x
6' lease area for the generator. A new SUP would establish the new ground
equipment and additional lease area. The ordinance associated with the subject site
does not include the new lease area.

Ms. Fowler,
This letter is to verify that your Site Plan Review application SP15-18, located at 2923
North Grapevine Mills Boulevard and platted as Lot 2, Block 1, Wagon Wheel was
approved per the enclosed site plan on December 4, 2015. Please find enclosed an
approved site plan set for your records.
No site plan approval shall be valid for a period longer than one (1) year from the date such
approval is issued, unless a building permit is issued and construction is actually begun
within that period, and is thereafter diligently pursued to completion or an occupancy permit
is obtained and a use commenced within that period. Approval of an application does not
authorize any work in conflict with any Codes or Ordinances of the City of Grapevine
Any changes to a site plan approved with a conditional use ora special use can only
be approved by city council through the public hearing process.
