We were unaware that this activity required any sort ofreview. We've provided a dedicated lot onour property for food truck parking complete with it's own 50A power service to alleviate any generator noise. All patrons are of course allowed to use our facilities as this is part of our beer garden environment and all food trucks entering our premises have afood truck permit from Tarrant County. During our Grand Opening weekend on July 10th, we saw over 4,000 people visit our little brewery. VVecontinue to bebusy during the week and right now are continuing tOsee over 3,000 visitors weekly. A tremendous drive to the success of our venue is beyond a doubt the ability for people tQvisit downtown Grapevine and experience new food experiences daily and also hear live music on the weekends in an amazing and relaxing environment. It goes without saying that we've leveraged everything tOmake this happen indowntown Grapevine and have worked tirelessly to provide an experience in downtown Grapevine that we believe to be unparalleled. We understand that Grapevine Craft Brewery is in need of an additional 36 parking spaces to fulfill requirements for an occupancy load of 241. As Grapevine Craft Brewery's business provides zero impact on our business during it's operating hours, we are allowing patrons full and unrestricted use of our main parking lot Mon -Fri after 6pm, Sat after 12pm and all day on Sunday. We have 64 parking spaces in our main parking lot accessible to Grapevine Craft Brewery during the aforementioned hours. Our properties are joined by grass, landscaped areas on each side of the property lines with safe and unrestricted access between parking lots.
