This letter confirms on November 3, 2022 the Historic Preservation Commission approved
#CA22-63 for the property addressed 342 South Main Street, legally described as Block 2,
Lot 6A & 6C1, City of Grapevine, to the Grapevine Historic Preservation Ordinance 91-73
(Appendix G — Grapevine Code of Ordinances), as amended, for the following:
1. Repair the existing vinyl wall coating on the front and south side walls of the historic
1942 First National Bank of Grapevine building;
2. Repaint the exterior vinyl wall coating on the body of the building with Sherwin-
Williams' #SW 6106 "Kilim Beige";
3. Repaint the exterior vinyl wall coating accents at the window openings with Sherwin
Williams' #SW 6328 "Fireweed",
4. Refinish, repair and re -stain as necessary to match the original color the wood front
doors at the main entrance of the building;
as per the attached specification sheets and color swatches.
An approved Certificate of Appropriateness is not an approved building permit; a
building permit is /.is not required. Contact the City of Grapevine's Building
Department at 817.410.3165 for fees and information regarding permits.
