Repair the existing vinyl wall coating on the front and south side walls of the historic 1942 First National Bank of Grapevine building; 2. Repaint the exterior vinyl wall coating on the body of the building with Sherwin- Williams' #SW 6106 "Kilim Beige"; 3. Repaint the exterior vinyl wall coating accents at the window openings with Sherwin Williams' #SW 6328 "Fireweed", 4. Refinish, repair and re -stain as necessary to match the original color the wood front doors at the main entrance of the building; as per the attached specification sheets and color swatches. An approved Certificate of Appropriateness is not an approved building permit; a building permit is /.is not required.
