The Site Plan Review Committee at their December 21, 2006 meeting approved CU06- 60 which included modifications to the building elevations and a reduction to the overall height by increasing the amount of stucco, decreasing the amount of brick and reducing the overall height four feet. With this request the applicant proposes to install eight outdoor speakers onto the exterior of the hotel.
