1 Please add the following information to the title block of the revised
site plan:
Case Number — SP1 0-03
Address — 1713 Dove Loop Road
2. Please provide a vicinity map, an internal traffic circulation plan on
the site plan, a graphic scale and label the sheets as 1 of 2 etc.
3. Please include on the site plan (Sl) the following adjacent zoning
information: The west, north and south adjacent uses are zoned "R-
5-0" Zero Lot Line District.
4. Please label as existing the following: the living units, the office,
the sign, a typical carport, the refuse storage area and the
community mail box.
5. Please label the exterior materials used on the proposed lease
office on the building elevation sheet.
6. Please include within the proposed new addition chart the additional
landscaping added to the site.
7. Please add the following notes to the site plan.
• All requirements of the Grapevine Soil Erosion Control
Ordinance shall be met during the period of construction.
• All on-site electrical conductors associated with new
construction shall be located underground.
8. Please label any existing parking for disabled persons.
9. For verification purposes please email a PDF of the final revisions
to atriplett@grapevinetexas.gov prior to producing the final copies
The above comments must be reflected in the revised submittal,
which upon review, with the exception of the Board of Zoning
Adjustment application, can be administratively approved. Please
submit the revised documents to the Department of Development Services
at 200 South Main Street.
The revised submittal shall include:
four (4) folded blackine copies of each sheet, (minimum size 22" x 34")
twenty eight (28) 11 "xl 7" copies of each sheet

Dear Ms. Pearcey,
This letter is to verify that your Site Plan Review application SP10-03, located at 1713 Dove
Loop Road and platted as Lot 1, Block 1, Marina Del Rey Apartments Addition was approved on
August 31, 2010.
Please find enclosed an approved site plan set for your records. I have forwarded two approved
sets to the Building Inspection Division.
No site plan approval shall be valid for a period longer than one (1) year from the date such
approval is issued, unless a building permit is issued and construction is actually begun within
that period, and is thereafter diligently pursued to completion or an occupancy permit is obtained
and a use commenced within that period. Approval of an application does not authorize any
work in conflict with any Codes or Ordinances of the City of Grapevine
Any changes to a site plan approved with a conditional use or a special use can only be
approved by city council through the public hearing process.
