This letter confirms that on October 20, 2010 Historic Preservation Commission approved with
conditions #CA1 0-75, for property addressed at 409 East Hudgins Street, legally described as
Block 23, Lot W60'4 60'x100', City of Grapevine. The following was approved on this Certificate of
Appropriateness:
Recycle salvageable materials from the non-contributing rear wing of Soil Conversation Building
and raze remaining structure of the rear wing.
Please note this approved Certificate of Appropriateness is not an approved Building
Permit and a permit is i is not required. Contact the City of Grapevine's Building
Department at 817410-3165 for fees and information regarding permits.
