To Whom It May Concern,
This letter is to verify that your request for a zone change for properties located at 211 and 215 East
Wall Street and platted as Block 1, Lots 1 and 2, Green Park Addition for 0.686 acre from "HC",
Highway Commercial District to "R-7.5", Single Family District was approved by City Council on
November 15, 2022. A copy of the approved exhibits are enclosed.
Your next milestone in the development review process are to obtain building permit approval with
the Building Services Department. For questions related to these processes, please reach out to

Building permit applications will be accepted at any point in the development review process but will
not be released until any associated zoning cases or site plans are approved, civil engineering plans
are approved, and any required plats are approved and filed.
