Presentation of the financial and participation reports from the Grapevine Baseball Softball Association, Grapevine-Colleyville Youth Football Association, Grapevine Youth Wrestling and Grapevine-Southlake Soccer Association B. Consider renewal of the following Adopt-An-Area agreements: • Dave Buhr, CFP for Hall-Johnson Road, from SH 121 to Parr Road • Grapevine Heritage Ambucs for Kimball Road, from Dove Road to the entrance of Meadowmere Park VII. Miscellaneous Staff Reports (No action will be taken on any of the following items) • Denton Creek Trail erosion • SH 26 median landscaping • Casey's Clubhouse • Wall-Farrar Nature Park • Heritage Park tennis and basketball courts • Parr Park Restroom replacement VIII. Call to Order The meeting was called to order by Chairperson Roy Robertson at 6:00 p.m. A moment of silence was observed. Approval of Minutes A motion was made by Debra Tridico and seconded by Dave Buhr to approve the June 20, 2013 minutes. Vote passed 9-0. Ayes — Dave Buhr, John Dalri, Elizabeth Kaufman, Terry Musar, Ray Harris, Debra Tridico, Gary Humble, Larry Francis and Roy Robertson Nays — None The Board recognized outgoing Student Ex-Officio Seth Gillitzer with a plaque. Citizen Requests No citizens requests. New Business A. Youth Association Annual Reports The following youth association members gave annual reports on the financial and participation of their respective youth associations. ® Mary Martin, Chairman, Grapevine Baseball Softball Association ® Mark Assaad, President, Grapevine-Colleyville Youth Football Association © Riqui Villarreal, President, Grapevine youth Wrestling © Keith Halman, Field Commissioner, Grapevine-Southlake Soccer Association B. Adopt-An-Area Agreements The following agreements were approved by the Board. Motion was made by Elizabeth Kaufman and seconded by Larry Francis to renew the agreement with Dave Buhr, CFP for Hall-Johnson Road, from SH 121 to Parr Road. Vote passed 8-0-1. Ayes — Elizabeth Kaufman, Lary Francis, Terry Musar, Debra Tridico, Ray Harris, John Dalri, Gary Humble and Roy Robertson Nays — None Abstain — Dave Buhr Motion was made by John Dalri and seconded by Terry Musar to renew the agreement with Grapevine Heritage Ambucs for Kimball Road, from Dove Road to the entrance of Meadowmere Park. Vote passed 9-0. Ayes, John Dalri, Terry Musar, Elizabeth Kaufman, Larry Francis, Debra Tridico, Ray Harris, Larry Francis, Gary Humble and Roy Robertson. Nays - None Miscellaneous Staff Reports Doug Evans gave an update on all items listed, plus an update on the Links Trail and the Mills Run Trail. No action taken. Miscellaneous Board Items Doug Evans reported that there was a Hawaiian Luau fundraiser at the Vineyards Campground on Friday, July 26`" from 6 to 10 p.m. No GCISD updates No action taken on the above items. Adjourn Motion was made by Debra Tridico and seconded by John Dalri to adjourn the meeting at 7:40 p.m. Vote passed 9-0.
