This letter confirms on December 16, 2022 the Historic Preservation Staff approved with
conditions #CA22-73 for the property addressed 917 East Worth Street, legally described as
Leonard, Archibald F Survey Abstract 946 Tract 30R01, City of Grapevine, to the Grapevine
Historic Preservation Ordinance 91-73 (Appendix G — Grapevine Code of Ordinances), as
amended, for the following:
Removal of paint from original brick, done in error in violation of the Grapevine
Historic Preservation Ordinance; the Owner is working with Historic Preservation staff
to comply with the Preservation Ordinance;
as per the attached photo with the condition a final inspection of completed work is
approved by the Historic Preservation Officer.
An approved Certificae-,Ipf Appropriateness is not an approved building permit; a
building permit is is no required. Contact the City of Grapevine's Building
Department at 817.410.3165 for fees and information regarding permits.
