This letter confirms on December 21, 2022 the Historic Preservation Staff approved with
conditions #CA22-70 for the property addressed 129 South Main Street, legally described as
Block 1, Lot 1, Hazelwood Commercial Building Addition, City of Grapevine, to the Grapevine
Historic Preservation Ordinance 91-73 (Appendix G — Grapevine Code of Ordinances), as
amended, for the following:
1. Install 3 exterior wall signs and one blade sign for tenant sign for Mister 01
Extraordinary Pizza:
a. Southwest Wall Sign: One -inch deep 7-feet 8 %-inches x 2-feet 4-inches aluminum
pan panel backer painted white with black vinyl printed letters non -illuminated sign
above the front door entrance;
b. Blade Sign: Use existing 3-feet 4-inches bracket on front of building to hold a 1-inch
deep, 2-feet 10.5-inches wide blade aluminum pan style sign cabinet -face painted
white with black acrylic logo and letters, non -illuminated sign;
c. South Wall Sign: One -inch deep 4-feet 9 5/8-inches x 4-feet 3/4-inches aluminum
pan panel backer painted white with black vinyl copy and details in black non -
illuminated sign;
d. East Wall Sign: One -inch deep 7-feet 8 %-inches x 2-feet 10-inch aluminum pan
panel backer painted white with black vinyl copy and details in black non -illuminated
sign installed on the rear of the building east facing;
as per the attached plans and photos with the condition a permit is obtained from the Building
Department.
