This letter confirms on January 4, 2016, Historic Preservation staff approved with
conditions #CA15-108 for the property addressed 432 South Main Street, legally
known as Block: 3 Lot: 15-533'14, Grapevine, City of, Grapevine, Texas. The
following was approved on this Certificate of Appropriateness.-
Remove
ppropriateness:
Remove roofing down to wood decking and replace with Carlisle Sure -Flex
PVC High Performance Membrane 60 -Mil;
With metal parapet cap of Kynar 500 / Hylar 5000 Fluorocarbon Steel in
"Colonial Red" color to match existing building exterior;
with the condition a permit(s) be obtained from the Building Department.
An approved Certificate of Appropriateness is not an approved Building
Permit and a permit 1'# is not required. Contact the City of Grapevine's
Building Department at 817-410-3165 for information regarding permits.
