At least one must be van accessible. Accessible pedestrian path to be provided from parking to proposed ramp at rear entrance. Accessible pedestrian path or sidewalk to be provided between Wall St sidewalk and rear entrances to building. Head -in parking spaces must be kept out of the right-of-way. Curb must be added/rebuilt along Barton St to define boundary between parking and roadway and delineate the parking lot entrances. Parallel parking on Barton St is acceptable in the area shown (away from Wall St intersection). However curbing and a sidewalk is needed, so site layout will need to be revised to accommodate these needs.Driveway apron on Wall St must be removed and curb/sidewalk reconstructed to a standard section. We are excited to grow our business by extending our service to an outdoor area, and are interested in positively impacting our food sales, and the aesthetics of TAP -IN along with our beloved historic Grapevine area. We will not extend our music venue to this area, and will not have any speakers or sound equipment in this area. We have reconfigured our parking area so that no parking spaces are lost. We are excited to add an outdoor space for customers to enjoy, and to enhance the value of our property which is both beneficial to TAP -IN and our beloved historic area. Our goal is to enhance the value of our property, to entice more people to visit Grapevine and to offer an alternative to our indoor dining. Thank You in advance for your consideration.
