A. Discuss and consider approval of Athletic Facilities Policy
The Board initially discussed the policy at the October 16, 1997 meeting and

the City Council was January 7, 1992. The Board will discuss the policy and
some recommendations from staff that clarify certain items in the policy.
B. Discuss the Promotional Booth for Main Street Days
The 2002 Main Street Days festival is scheduled for May 17-19. The Library

volunteers, training and booth setup.
