A motion was made by John Dalri and seconded by David Benedetto to approve the November 2, 2002 minutes with a correction on Item VII, line 2, to show th?fkay),id not make a request for BMX, but received one. The motion passed unanimously. - Citizen Requests There were no citizen requests. Old Business A. Discussion regarding Corps of Engineers property,in Grapevine f Three firms have been interviewed. Second interviews will be given on Tuesday. New Business A. Presentation of the Phase 3 plans of the Botanical Gardens at Heritage Park, Kevin Mitchell went over the Phase 3 plans for the Board. B. Discussion and consideration of ordinances relating to the use of Corps of Engineers park land leased by the City of Grapevine. A motion was made by John Dalri and seconded by Ray Harris to approve the ordinances with changes. The motion passed unanimously. VII. Miscellaneous Board Reports • Fencing at Pickering VIII. Discussion regarding Corps of Engineers property in Grapevine Staff will update the Board on the status of the Corps of Engineers property in Grapevine. VI. New Business A. Presentation of the Big Bear Creek Trail plans Staff will present the plans for the Big Bear Creek Trail and update the Board on the status of the project. B. Update on the Texas Amateur Athletic Federation Games of Texas The Games of Texas is only four months away. Staff will update the Board on the planning going on with the Games and how the Board can get involved.
