This letter confirms on July 25, 2022 the Historic Preservation Staff approved with
conditions #CA22-41 for the property addressed 413 South Main Street, legally described as
Block 18, Lots 5 & 6, City of Grapevine to the Grapevine Historic Preservation Ordinance 91-
73 (Appendix G — Grapevine Code of Ordinances), as amended, for the following-
1 . Install new 44" high x 208" wide, ACM Panel sign — white background, with painted
lettering in black to be mounted on the front exterior wall of the tenant space above
the awning;
2. Install 3 new gooseneck lights on the wall above the sign;
3. Install a double -sided projecting sign - 38" wide x 28.5" on a metal bracket above the
awning;
as per the attached plans, photos and specifications with the condition a permit be obtained
from the Building Department.
An approved Certificate of Appropriateness is not an approved building permit; a
building permit9.d
is not required. Contact the City of Grapevine's Building
Department at 810.3165 for fees and information regarding permits.
