The City of Grapevine Parks & Recreation Advisory Board met May 15, 2014 at 6:00
p.m. at the City Manager's Conference Room, 200 South Main Street, Grapevine,
Texas with the following members present, to -wit:

constituting a quorum with the following members of the City Staff:

The meeting was called to order at 6:15 p.m.
A moment of silence was observed.
Approval of Minutes
A motion was made by Debra Tridico and seconded by Elizabeth Kaufman to approve
the April 17, 2014 minutes. Motion passed 9-0.
Ayes — Roy Robertson, Ray Harris, Larry Francis, John Dalri, Terry Musar, Elizabeth
Kaufman, Debra Tridico, Dave Buhr and Gary Humble.
Nays - None
Citizen Requests
There were no citizen requests.
Presentations
Kevin Mitchell gave a presentation on his goals and vision for the Parks and Recreation
Department.
C. Shane Wilbanks encouraged the Board to 'Adopt -A -Park' and report to staff
suggestions and recommendations, with at least one park per month beginning July.
New Business
Motion was made by Larry Francis and seconded by Dave Buhr to approve the
following Adopt -An -Agreement. Motion passed 9-0.
o Jay Johnson's Boot Camp Fitness for William D. Tate Avenue from Mustang Drive to
just past Timberline Drive
Ayes — Roy Robertson, Ray Harris, Larry Francis, John Dalri, Terry Musar, Elizabeth
Kaufman, Debra Tridico, Dave Buhr and Gary Humble.
Nays - None
Motion was made by John Dalri and seconded by Ray Harris to approve the following
Renewal Adopt -An -Agreements. Motion passed 9-0.

meeting. Motion passed 9-0.
