Re: Request for a Conditional Use for Alcohol Sales
Chili's Grill & Bar — 3000 Grapevine Mills Parkway — Grapevine, Texas
Dear Planning & Zoning Staff:
Please consider this formal request for a Conditional Use for Alcohol Sales for the
existing Chili's Grill & Bar located in the Grapevine Mills Mall, to replace the CU issued
in 1997 (CU97-40).
As part of their re-image / remodel scope of work, Chili's plans to refresh their seating
plan at this location. The new seating plan will add five (5) additional seats. The overall
areas of Alcohol Consumption, Sales and Storage are not changing.
We do not anticipate that this modification will cause any harm to the value, use or
enjoyment of other property in the area and expect that it will continue to add value, use
and enjoyment to the surrounding development.
