E. Box Addition, City of Grapevine to the Grapevine Historic Preservation Ordinance 91-73 (Appendix G — Grapevine Code of Ordinances), as amended, for the following: 1. Repaint the exterior wood trim of the house and the detached garage building with Sherwin Williams' "Decorous Amber" - #SW0007; 2. Replace the garage door on the front of the house with a new sectional, wood, roll - up door with applied wood trim in a diamond configuration to match the appearance of the original one piece wood garage door; 3. Replace the garage door on the detached garage building with a new sectional, wood, roll -up door with applied wood trim in a diamond configuration to match the appearance of the original one piece wood garage door; as per the attached photo and paint card with the condition a permit be obtained from the Building Department. An approved Ce icate of Appropriateness is not an approved building permit; a building permit is is not required.
