Dear Property Owner or Current Resident:
On July 7, 2021, a permit was issued at the above reference address. The
permit was issued to Berkey’s Plumbing Heat & A/C. The contractor has notified
us that he has attempted to contact you to have the work re-inspected. To date
the work has still not been inspected. Please be advised that the ordinance
adopted by the City of Grapevine requires all work requiring a permit to be
inspected.
Equipment installation or construction work that does not comply with codes and
ordinances can cause damage, injury, and death. Our inspectors look closely to
ensure that all codes are met and the installation is safe to the best of their
knowledge. Until such time as we issue an inspection approval for your work, we
cannot confirm that there are no safety violations.

Berkeys obtained a permit for the equipment that was replaced at your property last year. The State of
Texas requires municipalities to conduct inspections on this type of equipment replacement. We have
tried to contact you several times to schedule this inspection but have been unsuccessful. Please contact
