Any person who is not scheduled on the agenda may address the Senior Citizen
Advisory Board under Citizen Comments or on any other agenda item by
completing a Citizen Appearance Request form with the staff. A member of the
public may address the Senior Citizen Advisory Board regarding an item on the
agenda either before or during the Board’s consideration of the item, upon being
recognized by the Chairman or upon the consent of the Senior Citizen Advisory
Board in accordance with the Texas Open Meetings Act, the Senior Citizen
Advisory Board is restricted in discussing or taking action during Citizen
Comments.

Trent Kelley provided an update on Barker, Rinker, Seacat Architecture's Performance
Utilization Analysis of The REC.

Duff O'Dell provided a City Council update, which included the Grapevine Convention
Center, Grapevine tourism and visitor post-COVID increases, Early Voting, GCISD
School Board Elections, Grapevine Garden Club q0th Anniversary, and Grapevine
Animal Services Open House.

Christine Szymaszek provided a GRACE update, which included April rent assistance,
the GRACE Friends & Family Program, Spring Break Feed Our Kids, Food Pantry
assistance, and grocery deliveries.
Isabelle Boyd provided an Active Adult Laison update, which included senior field tri"
aid classes. 'a
Nancy Hauske commented on the desire for Texas Hold Em' classes and summer
Active Adult programming and space.

New Business
Roger Jones pointed out that the next Senior Advisory Board Meeting was set to occur
on Tuesday, July 4, which is a national holiday. Jones recommended Tuesday, July 11
as an alternate date.
