Replace the old 6-foot wood fence with a new 8-foot high wood fence, with dog- eared pickets, mounted on wood rails and posts along the back of the property in the same location as the original, - as per the attached plan and photo with the condition a permit is obtained from the Building Department. An approved Cer ' icate of Appropriateness is not an approved building permit; a building permit is is not required.
