Please verify the site plan dimensions. The site plan does not match the plat dimensions. Please add an internal traffic circulation plan to the site plan. 4. Please add the cell phone equipment/lease area to the north side of the site plan. 5. Please verify the quantity and location of parking stalls and revise the site data chart accordingly. 6. Please revise the building material label on the elevations sheet to reflect the minimum required masonry as required in Section 54 of the City of Grapevine Zoning Ordinance and provide a table which reflects the percentage masonry provided. 7. Please add a note that the lighting levels at the property line will not exceed 3.0 footcandles and show the dumpster location. 8. For verification purposes please email a PDF of the final site plan to atriplett@grapevinetexas.gov prior to producing the final copies.
