SUBJECT: DEVELOPMENT SERVICES TECHNICAL REPORT OF
CONDITIONAL USE APPLICATION CU23-11. SHIP EX
RECOMMENDATION:
Staff recommends the Planning and Zoning Commission and City Council accept the
applicant's request to withdraw conditional use application CU23-11, and take any other
necessary action.
BACKGROUND:
Conditional Use application CU23-11 is a request to allow outdoor storage of commercial
vehicles in conjunction with a warehouse located at 1039 East Dallas Road. The property
owner has decided to withdraw the request. See attached letter.

To Whom it May Concern,
At this time, ShipEx would like to pull their application for a CUP from May's
hearing at 1039 E. Dallas Rd., Grapevine TX
I, along with Dunaway and Urban Bobcat, have done our best to provide counsel
and guidance in pursuing a CUP and handling things the right way when it comes
to matters with the City of Grapevine, but at this time ShipEx will seek a
certificate of occupancy on their own accord.
hope they come back as a client and I'm able to build a beautiful addition to
Dallas Rd., but until then we will not be representing them in pursuit of a CUP.
