conditions #CA23-34 for the property addressed 406 South Main Street, legally described as
Block 3, Lot 2, City of Grapevine to the Grapevine Historic Preservation Ordinance 91-73
(Appendix G — Grapevine Code of Ordinances), as amended, for the following:
1. Remove the existing faded tenant sign panels in the grandfathered back -lit pole sign,
in front of 406 South Main Street building and replace them with new sign panels of
the same material and graphic design;
as per the attached drawing and photos with the condition a sign permit is obtained from
the Building Services Department.
