Remove the existing faded tenant sign panels in the grandfathered back -lit pole sign, in front of 406 South Main Street building and replace them with new sign panels of the same material and graphic design; as per the attached drawing and photos with the condition a sign permit is obtained from the Building Services Department. An approved C01.4110.31165 cate of Appropriateness is not an approved building permit; a building permitis not required.
