This letter confirms on May 19, 2023 the Historic Preservation staff approved with
conditions #CA23-30 for the property addressed 512 Estill Street, legally described as Block
102, Lot 43, College Heights Addition, City of Grapevine to the Grapevine Historic
Preservation Ordinance 91-73 (Appendix G — Grapevine Code of Ordinances), as amended,
for the following:
1. Install a new 8-foot high board -on -board cedar fence with cap and rail, along the
sides and rear property line;
2. Install a 48-inch high iron fence in back yard between the house and the detached
garage building;
as per the attached plan with the condition a permit is obtained from the Building Services
Department.
An approved Certificate of Appropriateness is not an approved building permit; a
building permitjs / is not required. Contact the City of Grapevine's Building
Department at 817.410.3165 for fees and information regarding permits.
