Construct a new deck and ramp on the rear of the building using Trex square edge boards for the deck surface; and stained, pressure treated wood for the sides of the deck structure; as per the attached plan with the condition a permit is obtained from the Building Department. An approved Cerr%ficate of Appropriateness is not an approved building permit; a building permit+pis / is not required.
