This letter confirms on May 23, 2023 the Historic Preservation Staff approved with
conditions #CA23-32 for the property addressed 113 East Texas Street, legally described as
(Abstract 422, Tract 49a, 50 and 52), Block 1, Lot 1A1, First Baptist Church Addition, City of
Grapevine to the Grapevine Historic Preservation Ordinance 91-73 (Appendix G — Grapevine
Code of Ordinances), as amended, for the following:
1. Construct a new deck and ramp on the rear of the building using Trex square edge
boards for the deck surface; and stained, pressure treated wood for the sides of the
deck structure;
as per the attached plan with the condition a permit is obtained from the Building
Department.
An approved Cerr%ficate of Appropriateness is not an approved building permit; a
building permit+pis / is not required. Contact the City of Grapevine's Building
Department at 817.410.3165 for fees and information regarding permits.
