R. Baddaker, P.E., and Acting City Secretary, Bobbie Phillippe also in attendance. CALL TO ORDER Chairman Duane Rogers called the meeting to order. NEW BUSINESS ZONING APPLICATION - Z79-38 - CITY OF GRAPEVINE The first order of business was for the Planning & Zoning Commission to consider Zoning Application Z79-38 submitted by the City of Grapevine requesting a change in the zoning of the Grapevine Municipal Golf Course, City of Grapevine Con- course Center and all related and incidental activities and for the on premise storage, sale and consumption of beer to "SP" Specific Use Permit District Zoning for the Municipal Golf Course, City of Grapevine Concourse Center and all related and inci- dental activities and for the storage sale and on premise con- sumption of mixed alcoholic beverages. After a short discussion Commissioner Bob Stewart made a motion to approve the application as submitted. Member Sharron Spencer seconded the motion and it prevailed by the following vote: Ayes Rogers, Stewart, Sands, Spencer, Joyce Nays Cook Abstain: Burgess ZONING APPLICATION - Z79-39 - PARADIES The next order of business was for the Planning & Zoning Commission to consider Zoning Application Z79-39 submitted by Paradies Airport Shops, Inc., requesting a change to "SP" Specific Use Permit for the operation of a retail store for the storage and retail sale of beer for off premise consumption only. Following a short discussion Commissioner Harlen Joyce made a motion to grant the application. Member Bob Stewart made a motion that the Minutes be approved as written. Robert Sands seconded the motion and all in attendance voted aye.
