FUNDING SOURCE: Funds are available in the Land Improvements budget for a total amount not to exceed $58,468. BACKGROUND: This purchase is for 6,000 square feet of cart path micro overlay to be used on various golf cart paths. This procurement will be made as a sole source in accordance with Local Government Code Chapter 252, Subchapter B, § 252.022. General Exemptions (a)(7)(A) Andale Construction, Inc. is the authorized source for OxCon systems surfacing products for the State of Texas.
