for the payment of the interest and sinking fund on the bonded
in�debtedness of the City of Grapevine Texas for the year 1946,
Prtviding that the operating expenses of the City of Grapevine
Texas be paid oat of the Profits of the municipal water and
sewer system of the City of Grapevine, and that any surplas in the
water and sewer fund over and above expenses of operating the City and
said systems be used to pay on the interest and sinking fund
due by, said City of Grapevine Texas on its bonded indebtedness.
Providing that the water fund shall be a part of the General Fand.
Section JI
There is hereby levied and shall be collected for the payment on the

the corporate limits of said City or the year 1946.
Section #,12
The operating expenses of the uity of Grapevine shall be paid out of
the net receipts of the water and sewer plants owned by said City,
and any, surplus in the water fund shall be applied on the bonded indebt-
edness, interest principal and sinking fund.
Section #3
There is hereby levied and shall be collected from every person,
firm or corporation persaing any occupation taxes by the General laws
of,Texas, an annual or quarterly occupation tax in each instance
equal to one half of the State occupation tax, to be ;paid in advance.
Sect ion f4
All monies collected under this ordinancee are appropiated and set
apart for the specific purpose indicated and the assessor and
collector shall keep his accounts accordingly and deposit same
with the City Depository of the said City of 4rapevine Texas.
The water ftud shall be a part of the General fand.
All receipts nOt BPeoifioal3jr apportioned alsewhere shall be a part
of the General fand.
This ordinance shall take effect and be in foree from and after its
passage.
